Winter11 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using winter11's services. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out in this document.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users accessing the winter11 platform on any device.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the winter11 platform, you expressly and unconditionally agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, including any amendments made from time to time. The winter11 platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement under the applicable laws of Malaysia.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to register one account only on the winter11 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without notice and without payment of any remaining balance.
At registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. winter11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification and compliance purposes. False or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
- Passwords must be unique, strong, and not shared with any other party.
- You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
- If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact customer support immediately.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or used by any other person.
User Responsibilities & Rules
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the winter11 platform is lawful in the region or jurisdiction where they are located. The platform does not provide legal advice and accepts no responsibility for any legal obligations arising from a user's use of the platform.
The following are strictly prohibited on the winter11 platform:
- Using the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of Malaysian law.
- Cheating, manipulating, or exploiting any feature or system within the platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or causing offence to other users or winter11 staff.
- Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to access or interact with the platform.
- Sharing or promoting content that violates applicable laws or copyright.
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and winter11 reserves the right to pursue legal action where necessary.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the winter11 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are their own and are not derived from any unlawful activity.
Deposits will be credited to the user's account once payment confirmation is received through the designated channels. winter11 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors. Users are advised to retain proof of transactions for their records.
Regarding withdrawals, winter11 will process requests in accordance with the prevailing policy. Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the required identity verification. winter11 reserves the right to delay withdrawals that require further investigation for security and compliance purposes.
- Minimum and maximum deposit/withdrawal limits are subject to the current policy and may change.
- Any attempt to process a fraudulent transaction will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Winter11 reserves the right to decline or void any suspicious transaction without prior notice.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Winter11 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from technical disruptions, system errors, or unauthorised access by third parties.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis with no ongoing guarantees as to availability, accuracy, or security. winter11 will endeavour to maintain continuous service but cannot guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions or technical errors.
Regarding account suspension and closure, winter11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account where there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, suspicious activity, or upon the direction of relevant authorities. Users have the right to voluntarily close their account by contacting customer support, subject to the settlement of all pending transactions.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the winter11 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, button icons, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of winter11 or the parties that have licensed such content to the platform. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws applicable in Malaysia.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, broadcast, or transmit any part of the platform or its content in any form or by any means without prior written permission from winter11.
This platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. Such links are provided solely for user convenience. winter11 does not control or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites, and makes no express or implied endorsement of them.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Winter11 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at the platform's absolute discretion. Continued use of the platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the applicable legal processes in Malaysia.
